1 Refund and Cancellation Policy

1.1 Cancellation of Orders

Orders may be canceled before processing or shipping, subject to our discretion.

Certain products or services, such as digital downloads or customized services, are non-cancelable once the order is confirmed.

A cancellation fee of 5% of the order amount may apply to cover administrative and payment processing costs, unless the cancellation is due to our error.

1.2 Conditions for Refunds

Refunds may be requested within 7 days of delivery for the following cases:

    Prepaid orders that remain undelivered due to our error.

    Products that are defective or damaged upon receipt.

Non-refunded items include used products, digital products delivered instantly, or services fully performed.

You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order number) and, for defective/damaged items, evidence such as photos or videos.

Refunds are not available for change-of-mind requests unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase.

1.3 Applicable Fees

A processing fee of 5% of the refund amount may be deducted to cover transaction and administrative costs, except in cases where the refund is due to our error (e.g., undelivered items or defective products).

Any bank or payment gateway fees incurred during the refund process (e.g., international transaction fees) will be borne by the customer.

1.4 Processing Timelines

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery or the date the service was expected to be rendered.

Upon receiving a refund request, we will validate the claim within 3-5 business days, which may include quality checks for defective or damaged items.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days from the date of approval and issued to the original payment method.

Replacement orders for defective or damaged items will be shipped within 7-10 business days after validation, subject to availability.

1.5 Replacements

If goods are damaged in transit or defective upon receipt, you may request a replacement within 7 days of delivery.

Replacement requests must include proof of damage (e.g., photos) and be submitted via email to contact@tenatix.com.

We will validate the damage and arrange a replacement after required checks, with no additional shipping fees for the replacement.

If a replacement is unavailable, a refund may be offered at our discretion.

1.6 Non-Refundable Circumstances

No refunds or replacements will be issued for products used beyond reasonable inspection or services fully rendered.

Refund requests submitted after the 7-day period will not be honored unless required by applicable Indian law.

We reserve the right to deny refunds or cancellations for fraudulent or abusive requests.
